Safety hidden dangers Some imported Wrangler recalls
Recently,
Chrysler (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the
State Administration of Markets in accordance with the Regulations on
the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall and the
Implementation Measures for the Management of Defective Automobile
Product Recall Management, which was decided from November 2018. On the 20th, a total of 35 imported Wranglers were recalled.
Part of the 2018 imported Wrangler produced between May 7, 2018 and May 10, 2018.
Some
of the vehicle front suspension thrust rod brackets in this recall may
be poorly welded, causing the thrust rod bracket to be disengaged from
the frame, resulting in reduced steering capability of the vehicle,
increasing the risk of collision and safety hazards.
Chrysler
(China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. will inspect the vehicles within the
scope of the recall and, if necessary, repair the welded parts of the
thrust rod brackets to eliminate potential safety hazards.
